Our bridge services are provided by dedicated practitioners from the community who offer personal care in the home or privately. While they are not employees or contractors of HFCC, they have completed our volunteer training program. You can contact these practitioners directly for an assessment of your needs and to arrange services designed to bring you comfort and inner peace.
